I've filled out the Catering Request Form, does that mean I have booked the event? If not, how can I?
Unfortunately not, it is just a request. In order to secure your booking, we will contact you and confirm the details of your order and event.
Can I customize a catering order?
Yes! We are very flexible with our catering options. Just speak to one of our catering coordinators and they will help you customize an order that fits your needs.
I want to use Naansense Catering for my wedding, Is that something you can do?
Absolutely! You can book us and we will send a team out to serve the food for your big day! Additional staffing fees do apply.
Do I need to supply my own plates, forks and napkins when I order Catering?
No, your order comes with bowls, forks, napkins, serving spoons and tongs.
How much time does it take to setup my Catering order?
Whether you have our Naansense team member set it up during delivery or do it yourself after pickup, it takes about 10-15 minutes.
How can I call in an order?
You can order by calling (312) 402-8105 or you can place an order online.
How much food do I get per person in a catering order?
Our portions for a catering spread are consistent with the portions each person gets in our restaurants. We also include one naan per person along with your rice bowl or salad.
Do you deliver catering orders?
Yes! Our catering team members will deliver and set up your order just the way you want it. Placing an order in advance will ensure you get your preferred delivery time. Delivery is subject to availability.
How far ahead should I place my catering order?
We ask for 24 hours notice on all catering orders. If you know you want to place an order months in advance, that's great! We are happy to place the order as soon as we hear from you. Please call the catering team at (312) 402-8105 for last minute inquires, as there may be availability.
